Brad Hilton, CEO
Brad is the grandson of iconic American Hotelier Conrad Hilton, one of the greatest American entrepreneurs in history. As the former director of Hilton Hotels Information Technology Group, Brad helped spearhead an increase in corporate solicitations from $700 million to $1.2 billion in a single year. After leaving Hilton, Brad has been involved in seeding capital for many companies. Several of the companies have experienced explosive growth and are moving to become publicly traded.
George Roundy, President. George Roundy has a 45-year career that includes being the founder, CEO and CFO for multiple successful business ventures. Most recent accomplishments included running a venture fund that successfully funded and launched multiple companies in the energy, HVAC and private equity industries. With nearly 4 decades of leadership in designing complex IT business systems, one of his highlights is building the systems for The Hunger Project, a global nonprofit organization with the mission to bring about the sustainable end of hunger worldwide. In 2008, George was awarded the Humanitarian of the Year award by the Arizona Interfaith Movement for his 40+ years of with The Hunger Project.
Ron Miears, VP Business Development. Ron comes from a multiple generational line of entrepreneurs and he has personally owned and operated businesses for much of his professional career. Ron’s experience includes managing restaurants, brokering Oil & Gas deals and owning and operating multiple businesses in the construction industry. Ron has taken on the role of VP of Business Development with America First Response, managing multiple buyer and supplier channels for the Company.
